Can I get a refund if I miss the train?
Refunds depend on the provider. Most allow refunds up to 24 hours before departure. After that, missed-train refunds are NOT available from Sri Lanka Railways. Some booking services offer 'backup train' rebooking for a small fee. For non-refundable tickets, plan a 2-hour buffer for transfers.
How will I receive my tickets?
